Here are some examples of ways that sexual harassment occurs that are not strictly physical. One, inappropriate comments or jokes, unwanted advances, receiving sexually explicit messages or images, inappropriate content or discussions being shared in the workplace.

Sexual coercion through threats or manipulation, when a manager tries to lure you into a sexual situation through threats of firing you or telling you that you’ll get a better job, stalking your unwanted attention outside of working hours.
